At FSCMC LLC, we strive to provide unforgettable travel experiences with transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may request refunds for booked tours and services.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
15–29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
7–14 Days Before Departure: 25% refund of the total tour price.
Less than 7 Days Before Departure: No refund available.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

Visa fees
Flights or third-party bookings not made through FSCMC
Costs incurred due to late arrivals, missed tours, or no-shows
3. Cancellations by FSCMC LLC
In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, safety risks, insufficient group size):
You will receive a full refund of the tour price
Or you may choose to reschedule or apply your payment to a future tour
4. Force Majeure
Refunds may not be provided in the event of cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, FSCMC LLC may offer a credit or alternative solution where possible.
5. Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after confirmation. Bank processing times may vary.
6. Modifications to Bookings
You may request changes to your booking (such as tour date or participant name) up to 14 days prior to departure, subject to availability and a change fee of $50.
